Cubs
(boys and girls from 8 to 10½ years)
Wollaston Cubs (as they are often called) meet during school term time on Wednesday evenings (following on from the Beaver meeting).
We currently have about 40 boys in the cub section / cub pack.
N.B. This means we are full
and there is a waiting list for this popular pack.

for information about venue and times and waiting list.
The Cub Scout Leader is Richard Darby (Akela).
Richard is currently assisted by Kirsty Benfield, Matt Robinson,
David Hughes and the GSL (Kelly Darby).
As with Beavers, the warranted scout leaders are
lucky to have
some volunteer helpers, some of whom are parents of cubs and others are young people working on their Duke of Edinburgh Award.

This was a First-Aid activity that took place a few years ago.
St.John Ambulance officers gave a talk and a practical demonstration
involving the cubs.
